A: A 2018 Brewers Postseason strip consists of all twelve (12) games that could potentially be played at Miller Park - including one (1) Wild Card home game, three (3) National League Division Series home games; four (4) National League Championship Series home games; and four (4) World Series home games.
A: For all rounds of the Postseason, the Milwaukee Brewers set prices within a range pre-determined by MLB.
A: Consistent with the regular season, SSHs received a significant savings off of the gate ticket price for all Postseason games. Please see your account invoice for your specific savings.
A: As in past years, each Postseason ticket includes a $5 service fee that will not be reflected on the printed ticket price.
Full Season Accounts
In most cases, SSHs with a full-season package received the exact same seat location they enjoyed during the regular season. There are a few exceptions where MLB requires specific seat locations for opposing team executives, MLB officials and network broadcasting needs.
Partial Season Accounts (20 games or more)
For all partial-season accounts, seat locations were assigned based on tenure and seating area held. Due to capacity constraints, we were not able to place all accounts on the same seating level they held during the regular season.
A: All SSHs were assigned priority seat locations. Due to extremely limited ticket inventory for all Postseason games, we are unable to accommodate any move requests.
A: Only those accounts with a full Johnson Controls Stadium Club membership, which included a membership card, will be able to gain admittance for Postseason games. You will be required to present your membership card to gain entry to Stadium Club during the Postseason. PLEASE NOTE: Due to MLB requirements, the Stadium Club is not guaranteed to be accessible for all Postseason games.
A: You have two payment options for your 2018 Postseason strip:
Full Season Accounts: For 2018, the opportunity for Full Season Accounts to purchase additional Postseason tickets will be dependent on the response received from invoiced SSHs. Please contact your Brewers Account Executive if you would like to be put on a waiting list. If sufficient inventory remains after the September 6 deadline, those on the waiting list will have the first opportunity for additional tickets, subject to availability.
Partial Season Accounts (20 games or more): The opportunity to purchase additional or individual Postseason tickets will be strictly dependent on the amount of SSHs who purchase Postseason Strips. If inventory remains after the September 6 deadline, we will inform you of these additional Postseason ticket opportunities.
A: One of the exclusive benefits of being a SSH is access to all Postseason games played at Miller Park. We encourage you to purchase the full Postseason strip and post unwanted games for resale through StubHub (see "Resale & Transfer of Postseason Tickets" below). If inventory remains after the September 6 deadline, we will inform you of any additional Postseason ticket opportunities.
A: Please contact your Account Executive if you are paying in full for the entire Postseason strip. All other payments must be paid online at brewers.com/mytickets.
A: SSHs will have several options as it relates to unused Postseason ticket money. The easiest and most popular option is to to simply roll over any unused Postseason money toward your 2019 Season Tickets.
A: Once tickets are shipped, regardless of Postseason participation, the Shipping and Delivery fee will not be refunded. If you choose for your tickets to be delivered digitally then you will not be charged this fee.
A: Tickets should be treated as cash and secured accordingly. We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for lost Postseason tickets. If your tickets are stolen, a valid police report will be required in order to receive considerations for replacement.
A: Yes. StubHub is the safest and easiest way to resell your Postseason tickets. Additional information regarding StubHub, including terms and conditions, can be found at brewers.com/stubhub.
A: For security reasons, we are unable to offer Will Call drop-off/pick-up options for third parties for Postseason games. Please make arrangements to distribute tickets to any and all third parties prior to Postseason games.
A: Only those that choose to have their tickets delivered digitally will have the option to forward their tickets. If you opt to receive hard tickets in the mail, this feature will not be available.
A: Parking only appears on your invoice if you had parking during the 2018 Regular Season. If parking is not listed on your invoice and you would like to purchase parking for the 2018 Postseason, please contact your account representative by September 6 in order to add parking to your account.
A: Yes, choose the Digital Delivery option online and you will have your Postseason tickets delivered to you through the MLB Ballpark App. If you choose this option, you would also save the $35 shipping and delivery fee.
A: All Postseason tickets will be mailed the week of September 24.
A: Because Postseason matchups are dependent upon each team's final regular season record, opponents/dates/game times may not be finalized until the final day of the regular season. Postseason game dates and times will be posted at brewers.com as they are announced.
A: In the event of a tiebreaker (which would be held on Mon, 10/1), SSHs will have first access to tickets through an exclusive presale. All Full Season Seat Holder Tiebreaker tickets are located in the back of the full season ticket books. Information will be sent in late September as to how to pay off your Tiebreaker tickets. Ticket locations are subject to change due to MLB & Broadcasting needs.
If we have not received your Postseason payment by the September 6 deadline, your Postseason seat location will be released and reassigned to meet consumer demand.
As a benefit of being a SSH, with a down payment towards your 2019 Season Tickets, we are only requiring a 15% down payment of your total Postseason payment by September 6, 2018. The balance of the Postseason ticket strip will be due on October 1 (35%) and October 17 (50%). Processing of the October payments will only occur if the Brewers are still in the Postseason on these dates. If you wish to pay for your entire Postseason strip in full by the September 6 deadline, you can also do that by contacting your Account Executive.
If you choose not to renew your 2019 Season Tickets at this time, you can still purchase your 2018 Postseason strip. In this scenario, the lone payment option would be payment in full by September 6.
As a SSH, you receive top seating priority and are guaranteed the best seats for every game in your plan.

Some rewards have limited capacities and will be granted based upon tenure and date of renewal. Renew by 9/27/18 for the best chance at receiving your preferred rewards.
